Senior Graphic Designer
Full-time · Remote or Manila-based (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape mission-driven brands. If you love crafting visual identities from the ground up and care just as much about meaning as you do about aesthetics, you’ll fit right in.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be working closely with me (hi, I’m the founder and creative lead at Altura) to bring brand strategies to life through strong, intentional design. There’s no big layered team here yet, just honest collaboration, shared vision, and space to do work that matters.

What you'll do:

• Lead branding and design projects, from first ideas to final delivery

• Turn strategy into visual systems that feel fresh, clear, and true to each brand

• Design across touchpoints: logos, decks, socials, websites, and more

• Share your ideas, ask questions, and give thoughtful feedback

• Help build and shape Altura’s creative standards as we grow

You might be a good fit if you:

• Have 4–6 years of experience in brand design (agency, freelance, or in-house)

• Think in systems, not just visuals, logos are cool, but brands are more than that

• Care about typography, layout, color, and concept, equally

• Are comfortable taking the lead on projects, but open to collaborating

• Can explain your design decisions clearly (without the fluff)

• Know your way around Adobe CC and Figma

• Are excited about growing with a small-but-mighty studio

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with motion or web design

• A knack for creative writing or brand voice

• Interest in mentoring other designers in the future
