Project Manager (Part-Time or Project-Based)

We’re looking for a Project Manager to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Someone who’s organized but chill, proactive but not pushy, and who understands creative people (and how not to stress them out).

This isn’t a full-time gig—for now, we’re looking for someone to come in on a part-time or project basis. You’ll work directly with me (founder and creative lead) to make sure projects are moving, timelines are clear, and nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll do:

• Manage timelines and deliverables for branding and design projects

• Coordinate between me and clients to keep communication clear and on track

• Schedule check-ins, reviews, and handoffs without micromanaging

• Track tasks using simple tools (Notion, Google Drive, etc.)

• Gently chase down deadlines and keep everyone in the loop

You might be a good fit if you:

• Have experience managing creative or branding projects

• Are comfortable with flexible hours and remote communication

• Can spot risks before they become problems

• Are clear, friendly, and respectful in how you communicate

• Love helping people stay organized without being bossy about it

Bonus if you have:

• Experience working with small teams or freelance creatives

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or Trello

• An interest in branding, design, or creative strategy
